Fast food.
Easy routines.
All of it is numbing your edge—
Making you forget what it feels like to go to war with yourself.
3. Reintroduce Discipline — Relentlessly
Cold showers.
Hard workouts.
Focused deep work.
Strict scheduling.
Saying NO to everything that doesn’t build you.
Discipline is the doorway back to your masculine fire.
